Feeling real 'alive' today after last night's gym workout. It's good to be back at dance after almost 2 weeks of non-attendance due to flu and late deadlines. I was running a bit late so joined in in mid warm-ups. Just as i was trying to get into rhythm, Viv shouted "WOOHOO!!! ALLEGRA!!! CHECK OUT THE TOP!!! NICE!!! YEAH!!!". Despite inwardly groaning at how she has managed to draw embarassing attention to me AGAIN, was secretly pleased she noticed my new red/blue asymmetrical top. (Ok...so gym is NOT juz workouts but a semi fashion thingy.. can't help it, it's a girl thing :P)

Compliments aside, saw an ad in one of the foreign mags recently. Immediately told Siryn about it... this is excerpt from the convo. Read it and you'll know why...

Allegra: ok.. answer yes or no to these questions
Allegra: has there ever been a period of time when u were not ur usual self and....
Siryn: and?

Allegra: 10 u were much more social or outgoing than usual - for example, u telephoned friends in middle of night

Allegra: 12. u did things that were unusual for u or that other ppl might have thought were excessive, foolish or risky

Allegra: if u answered yes to more than one of the above, have u experienced several of these during the same period of time?

Allegra: we have bipolar disorder
Siryn: oh. i'm bipolar?
